Some Common Exclusions

The following are not covered
1. Acts insured against are discovered more than 6 months after the resignation, dismissal, retirement or death of the employee or more than 6 months after the termination of the policy, whichever is earlier.
2. Precautions for securing accuracy of accounts and monies received by or entrusted to any employee at any one time were not observed.
3. When you or your representative has prior knowledge of the act committed by the employee.
