Claim Procedure « Our Business «

Here are the general guidelines to adopt in the event of a possible claim happening:

* Immediately notify Allied Insurance by telephone of the accident / loss and submit a written statement of claim together with full particulars and supporting documentation to Allied Insurance as soon as possible

* In the event of theft, fire, motor vehicle accident or fatal accident, lodge a police report immediately.

* Where applicable, notify the Fire Service immediately.

* When injury is concerned, seek medical treatment from a qualified medical practitioner immediately.

* Take all reasonable steps to minimize the extent of the loss or damage.

* Give immediate notice of claim to the party responsible for the loss / damage.

* Inform the Police wherever it is necessary , or required by Law

* For claims received from third parties, do not admit liability or negotiate settlement or repudiate liability without the written consent of Allied Insurance. Immediately forward all notices of claim and documents to your Insurers unanswered.

* Submit the claim notification form available at the bottom of the page, fully declaring all available details of the claims
